On October 20, 2023, students from Tarlac State University's College of Computer Studies (TSU CCS), Thomas Chester Pabalan and Arvin Errol Liscano, secured 1st runner-up in the Quiz Bee Competition at the competitive Regional Assembly on Information Technology Education (RAITE) 2023.
Organized by the Philippine Society of Information Technology Educators - Central Luzon (PSITE), this year's RAITE drew participation from 23 schools across Central Luzon. Under the guidance of their coach, Ma'am Jo Anne Cura, Pabalan and Liscano showcased their skills, outperforming other contestants in the quiz bee competition.
The RAITE 2023 event unfolded at the Angeles University Foundation in Pampanga and featured a wide array of IT competitions, including video editing, lanyard designing, Hackathon challenges, IT quiz bee, and IT Security contests.
